Task Management

Plan, run, and review your work in one place

Create field tasks with GPS tracking and time recording, view a full history of completed work with attached images, share tasks with teammates to collaborate in real time, and earn points that scale with task complexity and the area you cover.

Tap the + button to create a new field task in seconds. Each task captures your GPS position, start and end time, and any notes or photos you add in the field. Tasks sync to the cloud as soon as your device has signal, so your office team can follow along live.

Every task you finish is archived with full detail — location, duration, photos, and a downloadable report. Filter by date, status, or satellite source so you can find what you need for client reports, audits, or seasonal comparisons without digging through files.

Invite a colleague or client to view a specific task with a single tap. They get read-only access to the live map, the imagery you generated, and the report. Revoke the share any time, or set an automatic expiry after the project is delivered.

Points are awarded when a task completes successfully, scaled by area covered and processing complexity. Use your points to run more satellite imagery, share them with team members, or roll them into your company balance if you are a company admin.

Generate, analyze, and download satellite imagery on demand

Pick any area on the map, choose a satellite and spectral band, and AccEarth retrieves the latest cloud-free scene for you. Compare dates side by side, run NDVI or NDWI calculations, and download the high-resolution image for offline use in QGIS or your GIS stack.

Draw a polygon on the map, pick Sentinel-2, Landsat, ASTER, or another supported satellite, and AccEarth will pull the best available scene for the date range you choose. You get a georeferenced image with metadata in a few minutes — no API keys, no waiting for orders.

Switch between True Color, NDVI, NDWI, False Color Composite, and custom band combinations. Each spectral view is generated server-side so you can compare vegetation health, water presence, or soil moisture without leaving the app.

Compare the same area across multiple dates to track changes over weeks, months, or seasons. AccEarth handles the cloud filtering, atmospheric correction, and alignment so you see a clean change story instead of raw data.

Export the generated image as a high-resolution GeoTIFF, PNG, or JPG. Files are watermarked with your company logo if you are on a company plan, and include a full metadata sidecar so your GIS team can reproject them in seconds.

Company Hub

Run your team and your points from a single dashboard

Company Hub gives admins everything they need to manage employees, allocate points, track field work in real time, chat with the team, monitor devices, and record the routes field workers take — all from one place, on web or mobile.

Invite employees by email, assign roles (admin, manager, field worker), and control who can see which tasks. You can pause access for a teammate, change their role, or transfer ownership of in-progress tasks without losing any history.

Top up your company balance, then transfer points to specific employees in any amount. Every transfer is logged with a reason, so you have a clean audit trail at the end of the month for finance and reporting.

See where every field worker is right now, how long they have been on site, and what task they are working on. The map updates every few seconds, and you can replay the day to see exactly where each person went.

Built-in chat keeps your team off WhatsApp and Telegram for work conversations. Channels can be 1-to-1, group, or task-scoped — and you can attach a satellite image or a task report directly to the message.

Each device that logs in is registered with a unique ID and a maximum of two devices per user. If a phone is lost, you can revoke its access from the dashboard immediately, and the account can only be reactivated on a new device by an admin.

AccEarth records the path each field worker walks or drives while a task is active. You can replay the route, see the total distance, and overlay it on the satellite image to verify site coverage for client billing.

Map Features

A real GIS experience that works in your browser or on the go

The AccEarth map is built on a real tile pyramid, not a static image. You can pan, zoom, draw, measure, toggle layers, search globally, and save the places you come back to most often.

Smooth pan and zoom from country scale down to a single field, powered by the same tile engine used by the desktop GIS tools. The map remembers your last position so you can close the app and pick up exactly where you left off.

Sketch polygons for fields, lines for transects, and markers for points of interest. Each shape is editable — drag a vertex, snap to a coordinate, or measure its area in hectares, acres, or square kilometers without leaving the map.

Stack multiple layers in any order: street basemap, satellite imagery, your own GeoJSON, and the imagery you generated. Toggle them on and off with one tap, or change the opacity to see one layer through another for spatial analysis.

Save any coordinate as a favorite with a name and a custom icon. Folders let you group favorites by project, region, or season — perfect for the sites you return to again and again.

Share discoveries in the community feed, gift points to helpful answers, browse the blog for tutorials, send us feedback that actually gets read, and use the app in your preferred language with offline mode that syncs when you are back online.

Publish a post with a title, body, and an attached map view. Other users can see your polygon on their own map and reply with their own findings — useful for crowd-sourced archaeology, environmental monitoring, or just showing off a beautiful scene.

Reply to a post and attach a small point gift to recognize a particularly useful answer. Gifts show up in the recipient’s balance immediately and appear in the leaderboard for the category.

Browse posts by category — Agriculture, Environment, Water, Archaeology, Urban Planning, and more. Each category has its own feed, top contributors, and pinned tutorials from the AccEarth team.

The AccEarth blog publishes deep tutorials, use cases, and release notes twice a month. Subscribe to the RSS feed or get an email when a new post matches one of your favorite categories.

Every feedback ticket goes to a real person on the product team, not a black hole. You can attach screenshots, screen recordings, or the exact task ID that triggered the problem. Replies usually arrive within 48 hours.

AccEarth ships in English, Arabic, and several other languages. Offline mode caches your active tasks, map tiles for the area you are working in, and the last 30 days of imagery so you can keep working without a network connection and sync everything when you are back online.
