Company Hub

Company Hub is the admin console for teams. Once you upgrade to a Standard or Premium plan, you can invite employees, allocate points, watch every field worker in real time, and review the day's work from your browser. This category covers every Company Hub feature end to end, from the first invite email to the monthly points reconciliation.

Step-by-step guide

Open Company Hub and tap "Invite Employee". Enter their email, pick a role (Admin, Manager, or Field Worker), and AccEarth sends them a sign-up link with your company pre-selected.

Open the Points tab, pick the employee, enter the amount, and add a reason. The transfer is logged and visible in the monthly report for finance.

Open the Live Map tab to see every field worker on a single map, color-coded by current task. Tap a pin to see their last check-in and the time remaining on their active task.

Create channels for projects, regions, or topics. Messages can include images, voice notes, and direct attachments from a task. Admins can archive channels at any time.

At the end of the day, open the Daily Report to see which employees completed their tasks, who is still in the field, and a summary of points spent vs. earned.
